The concrete would be solidified in short time which can rust the steel and paint. So when feeding the concrete each time, it is necessary to clean the concrete sticking on the drum, hopper, collector and chutes. It must be done in the everyday maintenance, including---
1. Before feeding, wash the feeding port with water to keep it wet during the feeding.
2. When feeding, in the meanwhile fill water into the tank of truck.
3. After feeding, wash the feeding port and clean the residual concrete.
4. After discharging the concrete, wash the chutes and fill 30-40L water into the mixer drum. When driving back the truck, keep the mixer drum rotates in forward direction slowly.
5. Before the next feeding, release the dirty water in the drum.
6. When finish the work everyday, clean the drum and feeding port thoroughly to make sure there is no residual concrete sticking on them.
The above works should be done seriously everyday, otherwise it will a big trouble for the work in future.
